Privacy Policy
This policy covers brandtmgt.com. The short version: the only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form, which is stored so that your enquiry reaches us. The site sets no cookies on its public pages and uses no advertising or tracking. Brandt Management does not sell personal information.
What we collect
What you put in the contact form. Your name, email address, the phone number if you give one, the service you selected, and your message. When you submit the form these are recorded in our database so the enquiry reaches us, along with the date and which country version of the site you were on. Your email app then opens with the same message ready to send, which is optional — the enquiry has already reached us either way. The form also carries a hidden field that only automated submissions fill in; it is used to discard those and nothing else.
What you send us by email. If you write to us directly, or press send in your email app, we hold that message the same way we hold any other email a client writes us.
Aggregate traffic measurement. Our host, Vercel, reports page views and performance timings for the site. We see totals and trends, not individuals.
How we use it
To read your inquiry, follow up about the property or service you asked about, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade them.
Who processes it
Vercel hosts the site and provides the traffic measurement described above. Supabase hosts the database that stores contact form enquiries. Both process that data on our behalf so the site can function, and neither is permitted to use it for its own purposes. No marketing platform or advertising service is involved, and any email you send travels through your own email provider and ours.
Content loaded from other companies
Two parts of the site embed content hosted elsewhere, and opening those pages contacts those companies directly: an Instagram feed on the home page, and an OpenStreetMap map on the contact page. Following our WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, operated by Meta. What those companies collect is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Cookies
The public pages of this site do not set cookies. Signing in to the private administration area sets a session cookie, which is required for that sign-in to work and is not used for tracking.
How long we keep it
A form enquiry is kept in our database while it remains useful as a record of our work together, and any email you send lives in our email the same way. If you would rather we not keep yours, tell us and we will delete it — both copies.
Your choices
Write to info@brandtmgt.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will need enough detail to find your record — usually the email address you wrote from.
Children
This site offers property services to property owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them and the date at the top is updated.
